TracNav: Highlighting hides 'edit' link on IE

Description

The latest TracNav plugin (TracNav-3.92pre3) doesn't work for IE.

Specifically, something about the CSS for the 'edit' link in the TracNav panel cause the entire content to disappear. I will attach a screenshot demonstrating the problem.

And it looks like it's the position: relative that's causing the trouble.

Should be fixed by r3095, resp. TracNav version 3.92pre4.

The fix is very close. When the menu is small and the first item is selected, the 'edit' link is obscured by the highlight on that first item.

We use TracNav plugin for our project website and currently experience similar problem with 'edit' plugin. 'edit' link is obscured by the first menu item when the page is opened in IE7.

Seems to work in IE8 and later.
