Error: Macro JPNav(foobar) failed after update from trac 0.11dev to trac 0.12dev

Description

After updating trac I got this error 

Error: Macro JPNav(migration/Description for Migration) failed

_make_link() takes exactly 5 arguments (6 given)

I'm using tracnav 4.0pre7
