When both PageOutline and TracNav are displayed, allow one to be displayed below the other

Description

I'd like to use the PageOutline and TracNav macros on the same page. I'd like the TracNav side-bar to be displayed below the PageOutline side-bar. I've tried: 

[[PageOutline(2-5, Page Outline)]]
[[BR]]
[[TracNav(SandBox)]]

Here is what I get:
